Researchers found that people who don’t eat breakfast regularly are more likely to develop esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, and gallbladder and bile duct cancer. The risk of cancer is higher for those who skip breakfast.

The study also showed that skipping breakfast can lead to problems like impaired glucose metabolism, chronic inflammation, obesity, and heart disease. The researchers studied 63,000 adults without primary cancer to understand the link between breakfast habits and stomach cancer risk.
