Minister for Privatization Abdul Aleem Khan has been entrusted with the additional portfolio of Communication, in a move aimed at strengthening coordination and oversight in this crucial sector.

Similarly, Ahsan Iqbal has been assigned the additional portfolio of Inter Provincial Coordination, while Rana Tanveer Hussain will now oversee National Food Security and Research alongside his existing duties. Chaudhry Salik Hussain has been designated with the additional responsibility of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, while Musadik Masood Malik will now oversee Water Resources, by rule 3(4) of the Rules of Business 1973.

Furthermore, another notification highlights the premier’s approval of the appointment of Rana Ihsaan Afzal Khan as coordinator, signifying a strategic move to bolster coordination and collaboration across various government departments.
