The Announcement Followed The Re-Conducted Test On Sunday, Which Is A Crucial Component For Admissions Into Medical Colleges In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

Out of the 46,218 students registered for the MD CAT, 34,852 actively participated in the examination, while 11,366 students were unable to take the test. Result cards are available on the KMU portal for candidates to access. The MDCAT test results for admission to medical and dental colleges have been uploaded on the Khyber Medical University website.

Six candidates emerged as the top performers in MDCAT 2024, each scoring 192 marks, contributing to a commendable 75 percent success rate in the test. Furthermore, five medical aspirants secured the second position with 191 marks, and two individuals shared the third position.

The details provided by KMU also indicated that 11 candidates achieved scores exceeding 190 marks, while 402 candidates secured marks ranging from 180 to 189. Additionally, 2,982 candidates scored between 170 to 179 marks.

Khyber Medical University highlighted that 75 percent of the candidates who actively participated in the examination, totaling 34,852, successfully passed the test. Unfortunately, 11,366 students were unable to take the test.

Out of the 46,000 registered candidates, 34,000 participated in the test, while 11,300 were absent, according to KMU. It is noteworthy that the previous MDCAT test was canceled due to the Bluetooth scandal, leading to the transfer of the test’s responsibility from ETA to Khyber Medical University.

It is also worth mentioning that social media users expressed their concerns over the results of the Medical & Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where over 40,000 candidates participated on September 10.
