According to an announcement by the NBP, they are looking for people to join their team in various cities across the country, including Bannu, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gwadar, Islamabad, Jhang, Karachi, Lahore, Mardan, Mianwali, Mirpur A.K, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, and Sialkot.

Education/Qualification

Candidates should have at least a graduation degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized local or international university/college/institute, with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5.

Age and Experience

Applicants should be under 26 years old (as of the last application date). While the NBP prefers candidates with 1 year of relevant banking experience, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Knowledge Required

Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, processing skills (including volume, speed, and accuracy), be effective team players, provide good customer service, and have knowledge of MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for efficiently handling front and back-office transactions, managing remittance-related activities, opening and maintaining customer accounts, monitoring inactive accounts, processing online transactions, handling ATM claim settlements, managing cash handling activities, and more.
